What a long strange trip it's been

WS-I has released three new profiles as "Final Material":

• Basic Profile 1.1
• Simple Soap Binding Profile 1.0
• Attachments Profile 1.0

I'd like to thank all the members of my WG for their tireless efforts in driving these profiles to a successful conclusion!
